Where are the Pancreas Zones on Feet?
This pancreas reflex zone is located on the foot plates of both feet; they are small areas on the top of foot arch.
Use your own index and middle fingers and put them sidelong on the top of foot arch after the big bone under big toe (the first cuneiform bone). The area under the second finger is the reflex zone of pancreas.
Zone Therapy of Foot Reflexology for Diabetes
This foot reflexology treatment is simple: just rubbing or kneading the reflex zones 5 minutes for each foot every day. And it’s difficult: insisting this zone therapy
every day for a long period.

Additional Reflex Zones to Complementary This Zone Therapy
As in the diagram, there are reflex zones of pituitary gland and thyroid gland. You will get greater effect at earliest convenience if adding those two reflex zones in acupressure procedure. The purpose of adding those two zones is to dredge those endocrine systems, and they will affect and help in recuperative power of pancreas.
- The most important zone is pituitary gland since it’s a commander of all endocrine systems. Acupressure this zone by rubbing or kneading about 5 minutes for each foot. As you see in the diagram, it’s located in the middle of the big toe on the foot plate side.
- The second one is pancreas reflex area; you could spend around 3-4 minutes with each foot.
- The last is thyroid gland: two minutes will be okay for each foot. It’s a long stripe around the first cuneiform bone.
Tips
- For the sake of your safety, take your diabetes medicine while doing foot zone therapy
since this therapy could take a while to show a curative effect.
- Again, persistence is very important; do it every day. Think about it this way that you could waste 20 minutes anyway in some worthless things and it’s a good deal for spending 20 minutes per day to achieve a trophy of health in stop diabetes
